Discover a New Fitness Routine That Transforms Your Energy and Emotions

Here comes a story about a new type of fitness you may have never heard of.

I heard from a woman recently who had a lot of hard knocks in life, so many challenges many of us couldn’t even imagine.

And she’s tried many things, but she recently tried a video I did of an ancient routine called the 8 Brocades, which I made new for modern minds.

And these ancient moves actually purge negative emotions from the organs to heal stubborn issues or prevent them before they start.

And then she wrote me to tell me that she actually smiled a real smile when she was done.

Adding, she felt good for the first time in over a week. And her day did flow smoother, too.

She told me how she had to make an unexpected stop to a grocery store that she didn’t really know.

This normally could have caused a meltdown for her while she was in the store trying to find things. But she actually had a positive experience.

Afterwards, she said she was confident the routine was key in helping her change at the core level.

Our responses and our emotions are everything. That’s what this takes care of. It’s called QiGong, which means the cultivation of life force energy.
