Here comes what you never knew about energy work and faith.

A woman recently commented on one of my videos where I was doing some natural healing with energy work, and she wondered how this energy work interfaces with Christianity, and my answer is it depends.

At Club Qigong, we practice medical Qigong, which translates to energy work. So it’s basically just medical energy work, meaning it’s based on traditional Chinese medicine and not on any religion.

That means any faith can practice it, just like you can practice jumping jacks or push-ups regardless of religion.

And as someone born in the East but raised with the faith of the West, I’m kind of like a bridge between traditions, and I’ve been making these ancient forms that bestow longevity and vitality new for modern minds, and the results have been astonishing as people share their stories after connecting with their energy.

And what’s cool is the forms do connect us with our higher selves as well, our spirit, so you are free to incorporate your own faith or deepen the connection with your divine source in your own way.
