Instructions

  1. Enter the Horse Stance: Lower yourself into a horse position (feet slightly wider than shoulder-width, knees bent, and spine straight).
  2. Position Your Right Hand: Raise your right hand to heart level with your palm open. Let your left hand rest naturally at your side.
  3. Twist to the Left: Exhale deeply and rotate your upper body to the left, twisting your spine gently and without strain.
  4. Follow with Your Head: Turn your head to the left, continuing the motion initiated by your torso. Gaze behind you as far as is comfortable.
  5. Return to Center: Inhale deeply and slowly return to the central position, feeling the flow of energy through your body.
  6. Switch Sides: Repeat the movement on the opposite side, raising your left hand to heart level and twisting to the right.
  7. Repeat for Balance: Perform 10 repetitions, alternating sides (5 twists on each side). Coordinate your breath with your movements.
