Signs From Beyond: A Mother’s Love That Never Ends
This is the first time I’m alive on a Mother’s Day without a mother.
Definitely a day I was dreading for a long time through my life.
You know, no one wants to lose their mother.
A great woman of faith and spiritual power. She gave us unmistakable signs that she is still thriving in the afterlife. Taught us what it meant to love God with our hearts, His Son, His Spirit, and even the Divine Mother.
And our hearts are multidimensional, so they can sense things that our conscious mind may not be aware of. And that’s why I prayed for a long time that my heart would become aware of when my mom would pass, so that I could have time to pray, to meditate, to prepare myself emotionally to let go of the person who brought me into this world.
And one thing God showed me is that I could be with her anytime, anyplace through our multidimensional heart, which exists beyond time and space, as our spirit does.
And so I was able to start visualizing being with her spirit in one of our favorite vacation spots. So I could enjoy her company, her peace, her love, her amazing presence without having to be with her physically. This gave me some spiritual confidence, but I still had to go through actually letting her go.
And then the fateful day happened.
I was taking a shower in the early morning and it was totally dark outside, but suddenly there was a bright flash out the window. I looked outside and realized that some Christmas light had suddenly just sparked really brightly for no apparent reason. But my intuition knew in that moment that was the sign.
And I even questioned maybe that was her actually passing, maybe she was leaving, but I kind of knew deep down, no, you asked to be warned first. That was your warning. And so I began to get prepared. I began to go into deep meditation, into deep prayer, into deep visualization with her spirit. And I felt her presence with me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
We then received a call that she only had a short time left. And the mystic that my mom was, it was no surprise that in her final moments, she asked my sister who had been able to stay up with her all night to please give her a moment alone. She signaled it somehow, my sister said.
She then gazed out the window quietly, staring, I’m sure connecting with Jesus, with her divine guides, because she was at utter peace, according to my sister. And then she left her body. My brother said it was probably as if Jesus himself lifted her out of her body.
And they say the spirit is very active, especially in those 90 days after the passing. They want to see what happens. They want to make sure everybody’s okay.
My wife and I were traveling through Nashville, Tennessee. That’s where my father, that’s where my mom and dad met. And suddenly, as soon as we got there, lights started flickering all over the place.
At the Parthenon, at a coffee shop, this light right above our heads just starts flickering. At the Airbnb, literally lights at different buildings started just going on and off, above us, below us, all around us. We finally just said, hey, mom, how’s it going?
And the ultimate miracle happened as we left Nashville. Not only did we see our own dashboard lights flickering, which was pretty crazy, but as we were actually leaving and heading out, we saw a license plate that had her name, her maiden name, on the plate. I hadn’t seen a name on anyone’s plate for months that I could remember, yet here I was coming out of Nashville where she met my father, and I saw her maiden name on that plate.
Some kind of divine sign that, yes, things continue, the party goes on, and the biggest key is to all of this, be open to the spirit, open your heart, be open to the signs that God gives us.
If you think about it like a spirit might, it makes a lot of sense.
Would you waste a lot of time showing a skeptic some signs and wonders? Maybe not. You might try a little bit, though. However, if there was somebody who did have that open heart, who did have that faith, who was open to seeing the signs, that’s when they show up.
And, Mom, I will keep looking. I know you’re out there, and this is for everyone who has already lost someone they love or will eventually someday. They’re listening when you call their name, and they can be with you any time that you feel that love in your heart, for that is eternal.
People, get ready. There’s a train coming.
