Talk to yourself in stressful situations. Ask questions. Await answers. There’s an inner guidance beyond your imagination.
Don’t underestimate space — space between thoughts, space between work, space between activities. Space allows room for the things you actually do to be at their best.
Acceptance is the key to peace of mind. What happened was meant to be treated as a gift or a lesson. And remember, happiness is actually a choice. When you see those worst case scenarios playing in your mind, flip it. Use your imagination to picture best case scenarios and then accept whatever comes.
