Quadruple Arm Swing – for circulation and energy

This is one of my favorite routines to for a work-break, as it removes the tension from our arms and shoulders, which can get tight when we’re on a keyboard or phone for too long.

This is also an awesome warm-up to a strength-building workout, as it loosens the muscles in the upper body effectively. Likewise, it’s also a great cool-down to stretch out following an intense exercise.

Go at your own pace and take it gentle at first, then build up speed as you get more acquainted with the routine.
