🥁 Joe’s “Big Fat Brunch” – and what he eats the most
There’ a saying “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.” This means breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day for energy while allowing the most time to burn off the calories. Lunch should be moderately sized to sustain productivity, and dinner should be kept light to aid digestion and promote better sleep, aligning with the body’s metabolic rhythms. While I found it difficult to have a huge breakfast, I do concentrate on having a really big brunch that can last an hour or more. It helps keeps me from having as many cravings later on, when there’s less time to burn up what I eat.
