How to start Your Day with Juice
Drinking fresh juice first thing in the morning clears stuck toxins, purges the liver and brings a fresh boost of energy to start the day. 🤗🍎🍉
The easiest way to super-charge your morning is to simply squeeze fresh lemon juice 🍋 with a pinch of ginger and teaspoon of psyllium husk (for fiber) into a cup of room-temperature water, and drink it down. Alkaline and vitamin rich, lemon juice will be the first thing your liver feels in the morning. This also helps with colon health and regularity. 🤗
I’m currently also mixing in aloe juice, powdered shatavari herb for hormones, and a Protein Shake from EquiLife here.
🍈 Purge Even More with Juicing
I occasionally juice carrots, celery, and sometimes cantaloupe or honeydew, and pour them together for a very detoxifying and energizing morning launch. 🚀 I usually fill up mason jars with the extra juice which last a few days in the fridge.
📝 NOTE: juicing will purge you out fast, so make sure a bathroom is nearby. You don’t want to do it every day and mainly just do the lemon juice mix mentioned above first.

I don’t eat solid food until my morning brunch around 11.
However, if you do want to go for some food, try a Morning Stir Fry – an astoundingly healthy option for breakfast is to cook some rice and stir fry some of your favorite veggies and cheese. Add scrambled eggs to boost protein and animal fats. It makes for clean energy all morning. If breakfast is too soon, do it for the brunch!
