Here comes nine truths that may help break the spell of depression that nobody may have taught you.

And while these words can be amazing for the conscious mind to inspire us, sometimes it takes going a little deeper.
In fact, many of the most depressing scenarios, feelings, and triggers are actually buried in our subconscious mind, so that’s why it’s important to clear that out as well.
So while you’re choosing happiness with your conscious mind, I also highly recommend listening to positive affirmations while sleeping or in a deeply relaxed theta state.
