Three Simple Paths to Conquer Anger and Find Inner Peace

Here’s how to conquer one of the most self destructive forces in your life or anyone’s life, and that is anger.

If you can limit yourself to these three options, you will conquer anger.

Option one: Acceptance. Accept whatever it is that is happening instead of moving to anger.

Option two: Understanding. That’s a bit deeper. You go into the situation and really try to understand it. Go to the root of it. Feel the emotions. Maybe flip yourself to the other side of the situation and understand it.

Then option three: Take a walk, have some space. Maybe even explain to the person, say: “Hey, I just need a little space. It’s no big deal.” And then come back. It’s amazing what a little space can do and it can save you a ton of time and space from having to, you know, make up for whatever that anger can cause.
