Unlock Lucid Dreaming: Turn Sleep into an Adventure
Do you know there are people who turn their dreams into adventures, who make those off hours of sleep some of the most exciting moments of their lives?
Have you ever become aware that you’re dreaming while you’re dreaming?
That happened to me as a kid spontaneously once, and I told everyone in the dream, hey, we’re just in a dream. They seemed confused. I became more interested in lucid dreaming as I continued on my path of spiritual development, because it’s all about raising our awareness, our consciousness.
What I found is you can study the matter and train yourself to lucid dream. It helps you in all kinds of other ways, too, because you become more aware of actually your waking hours as well. That’s actually the key to it.
The other key is having little signals to know you’re dreaming. A lot of people say you look at your hands, and if they’re moving around weird or if there’s not the right amount of fingers, you know you’re dreaming.
A clock is another thing to look at to see if you’re dreaming. It’ll often be fuzzy like a mirage.
I’ve actually now had seven lucid dreams in about the last seven months. Now I’ve created a course to help teach you how to go lucid, how to turn those off hours into exciting, even enlightening times.
It’s the Lucid Dreaming course over at ClubQigong.com.
