Life’s Unspoken Truths: What Really Matters Before It’s Too Late

Nothing in life is too late to learn, except a few things.

You will eventually die.

Live in a way that makes you happy. Don’t wake up someday full of regrets.

Pursue those life goals now, even if in baby steps.

Your habits will rule your life. The chain of habits is too light to be felt until they’re too heavy to break. The solution? Start creating healthy habits now.

People come and people go. They’ll drift in and out, almost like characters in a favorite book. Make a habit of letting them tell their story, and then letting them go, if that’s the way the universe takes them. Then, start another book.

You are your greatest asset. You’re also your own best friend. You can be your worst enemy if you’re not conscious of this dynamic, so always make sure you’re being your best friend.

Read. Exercise. Definitely do Qigong.

Walk like you love yourself. Talk like you love yourself. Eat like you love yourself.

Protect your mental health as much as you would protect your physical well-being.

Be careful what you’re feeding into your mind, through your eyes, your ears, whatever.

Remember, your subconscious can’t tell the difference between entertainment and what you’re watching on the news and what might actually be happening in real life.

You don’t want to be living in a state of fight or flight. You need to move to that rest and digest response.

Self-love is not selfish. It makes you a better gift to others.
