How Traditional Chinese Medicine Uses Emotions and Qigong to Nurture Health
According to thousands of years of traditional Chinese medicine, the root cause of all disease is suppressing our emotions.
At the same time, we’re told not to get too emotional.
So what do we do?
The key is learning graceful forms of expression, artistic expression, even speaking with a loved one, talking with friends about life, and just creative ideas. These are all great ways to express yourself.
Singing, humming, playing music, drawing, speaking your truth, but in a calm, compassionate way.
You don’t want to go around starting arguments now.
And traditional Chinese medicine also provides those forms known as Qigong.
That means the cultivation of life force energy. And so it’s a beautiful way not only to express our emotions through physical forms that incorporate breath work and visualization, but they actually even purge toxins from our organs and even the emotional residue of negative thoughts and feelings that they believe get stuck in our various organs.
And over at Club Qigong, we not only teach you the forms that can clear negative emotions and bring in the positive ones, but we even have meditations that help you reprogram your subconscious to remove limiting blocks so that you can manifest your highest self.
